Cucumber provides a excellent source of vitamin K. Cucumbers also provide water, a vital nutrient for the body. Water can come from foods, like fruits and vegetables as well as plain water. The recommended daily amount is 64 ounces (or eight cups). Cucumber provide healthy nutrients and necessary hydration!
